With the valued support of UNICEF and in line with ASLO’s commitment to enhancing educational capacities, a three-day Pedagogy Training was successfully conducted in the Bala Murghab and Jawand districts of Badghis Province. This initiative aimed to empower local teachers and elevate the quality of education in Community-Based Education (CBE) classes.
A total of 352 teachers participated, including:
• 218 males
• 134 females
This reflects a strong commitment to gender balance and the active involvement of women in education.
The training covered essential topics:
1. Classroom management
2. Innovative teaching methods
3. Student assessment
4. Equipping teachers with modern tools for dynamic learning
As a result, teachers gained enhanced skills, renewed motivation, and strengthened collaboration among themselves.
The success of this program is attributed to the dedicated support of UNICEF and the tireless efforts of ASLO’s staff, organizers, and participants. It marks a significant step toward improving educational quality in the region and sets a positive precedent for other areas.
