Bids are assessed by a procurement committee against transparent, pre-defined criteria.

Award & contract

The successful vendor is notified and a contract is issued under ASLO’s Procurement Policy.

Vendor Registration

Become a registered supplier

ASLO maintains a vetted vendor list across goods, works, and services categories. All vendors and partners are screened against applicable sanctions lists and donor due-diligence requirements before onboarding, consistent with our Counter-Terrorism & Sanctions Compliance policy.

Submit your company profile

Include your registration documents, tax ID, categories of supply, and reference projects. Our procurement unit will confirm receipt and reach out for future opportunities.
