With the valued support of UNICEF and in line with ASLO\u2019s commitment to enhancing educational capacities, a three-day Pedagogy Training was successfully conducted in the Bala Murghab and Jawand districts of Badghis Province. This initiative aimed to empower local teachers and elevate the quality of education in Community-Based Education (CBE) classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A total of 352 teachers participated, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 218 males<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2022 134 females<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This reflects a strong commitment to gender balance and the active involvement of women in education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The training covered essential topics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Classroom management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Innovative teaching methods<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Student assessment<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. Equipping teachers with modern tools for dynamic learning<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As a result, teachers gained enhanced skills, renewed motivation, and strengthened collaboration among themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
